The BidEasy tender screener pivots 70,000+ live Indian government tenders across two parameters at once — sector, state, portal, value band, work nature or closing window — so you can see, for example, how many road tenders close this week in a given state, or how ₹10 Cr+ work splits across portals. Counts are drawn from NIC eProcure (GePNIC), CPWD, Gujarat nProcure and 25+ state e-procurement portals, refreshed daily. Click any number to open the matching tender list — free, no login.

Frequently asked questions

What is the tender screener?
It's a pivot view of all live government tenders. Pick any two parameters — one for rows, one for columns — and the matrix shows how many live tenders fall into each combination. Click a number to open that exact filtered list on the Live page.
What do “Today / This week / This month / This quarter” mean?
They are cumulative closing windows measured from now by each tender's bid-submission deadline. "This week" includes everything closing today plus the next 7 days, "This month" the next 30 days, and so on.
How do I see the actual tenders behind a number?
Click any cell. It opens the Live page filtered to that row and column (and, for a Closing column, sorted by deadline) so you see the underlying tenders.
What is the Total column?
The Total on the right is every live tender for that row across all columns — not limited to the closing windows shown — so it reflects the row's full live count.
Which parameters can I cross?
Sector, State, Portal, Value band, Work nature and Closing window — any two at a time. The parameter chosen on one axis is disabled on the other (you can't cross a parameter with itself).
How current are the counts?
The matrix is rebuilt daily from the live tender corpus, alongside the rest of BidEasy.
